Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the size or item you would like to exchange for will be in stock when the return is received. Popular styles sell out quickly.
*Returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of delivery to your home
*Returns for store credit must be:
-In original condition, full price, unwashed, unworn, unstained clothing/accessories, with all original tags.
-No Returns on Jewelry, hats, sunglasses, scarves, leggings, swimsuits, under garments, bras, and socks due to potential hygiene issues.
*ALL FLASH SALES AND SALE ITEMS WITH 20% OR MORE DISCOUNT ARE FINAL SALES
* If, for any reason you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your items at firstname.lastname@example.org . You will need to include a photo and description of the damage.
*We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing. For your convenience please follow the garment care label on the clothing for washing, drying, or dry clean instructions. If you are not comfortable with the type or quality of the fabric when you receive your item, just return the item for a store credit minus original shipping cost within the 14 calendar day Return policy.
*Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
*Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash value.
*If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to pay a $6 return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 14 calendar days. After 14 calendar days, the items will be donated to charity.
* Once we receive return, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email that you have received a store credit. Your store credit will reflect your purchase price minus the original shipping cost. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on ALL return orders. We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit when items are being returned to us.
